This policy describes how niujom, operated by ClearCore Labs (“niujom”, “we”, “us”, or “the platform”), collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the real estate marketplace available at entuzona.io and its subdomains.

Our goal is to be clear, not lawyerly. If anything is unclear, write us at privacidad@entuzona.io.

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is niujom, operated by ClearCore Labs, with operating offices in Caracas, Venezuela. For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacidad@entuzona.io.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the platform:

  • Account data: name, email, and — optionally — phone number. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your public name and profile picture.
  • Technical data: IP address, session identifier, browser type (user agent), language, and device.
  • Platform activity: properties viewed, saved, compared, or contacted; searches performed; messages exchanged with agents through the platform.
  • Listing data (agents and owners): information about the properties you publish, photos, price, and location.
  • Identity verification (KYC, optional): if you choose to verify as an agent or owner, we request an ID document and a selfie. This data is processed solely for verification and fraud prevention.
  • Conversations with Lorenzo: our AI assistant retains conversation history to keep context within the chat.

We do not collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, health, ideology, etc.) and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data

  • Run the service: show you properties, save results, connect users to agents.
  • Facilitate contact between users and agents when you start a lead.
  • Improve the product, find bugs, and understand aggregate usage.
  • Prevent fraud, impersonation, and misleading listings.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from competent authorities in Venezuela.

We do not make automated decisions with significant legal effects on you, and we do not profile users for advertising purposes.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only in the following cases:

  • Real estate agents: when you start a contact or lead with an agent or agency, we share the information needed (name, contact info, message) so they can respond.
  • Technology providers that supply infrastructure:
    • Supabase — database and authentication.
    • Vercel — hosting, aggregate analytics (no personal identification), and performance measurement.
    • OpenAI and Anthropic — AI models powering Lorenzo.
    • Apify — optional Instagram listing imports when you request them.
    • MapTiler — maps and geographic tiles.
    Each provider processes data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities: when Venezuelan law requires it via a formal order from a competent authority.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Your rights

Under Venezuelan law, including the habeas data right recognized in Article 28 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, you may at any time:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your account and your data, except where law requires retention.
  • Object to non-essential uses.
  • Export your data in a readable format.

To exercise these rights, email privacidad@entuzona.io from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days at most.

6. How long we keep data

  • Account data: while your account is active. On deletion we remove your profile; we keep minimal data only when required by law.
  • Technical logs: roughly 12 months, for security and incident response.
  • Transactions and KYC records: as required by applicable law.
  • Lorenzo conversations: while the session is active (up to 180 days); after that they are unlinked from the session identifier.

7. How we protect your data

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) across the platform.
  • Per-user isolation in the database via Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • Internal access strictly limited to required personnel.
  • Ongoing review of dependencies and security practices.

No system is invulnerable. If you spot a vulnerability, please report it to privacidad@entuzona.io.

8. Minors

niujom is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies

We use a small set of cookies, mostly to keep you signed in and for aggregate analytics. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the product or in applicable regulation. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or with a visible notice on the platform. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
